EfexTek Audio and Light Satisfaction Guarantee Policy


EfexTek Audio and Light will accept returns on all products 7 days after purchaser's receipt of the product. Payment less all shipping and handling costs will be reimbursed to the purchaser after EfexTek Audio and Light has received product and after inspection of product for damages. Before shipping product(s) to EfexTek Audio and Light, please use the contact form in the Customer Service webpage and provide the following information: 1) name, 2) product, and 3) state you would like a refund. EfexTek Audio and Light will not accept and is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping and abnormal and/or abusive use. Any refunded amounts will be processed through Paypal only. EfexTek is not responsible for PayPal transaction fees, if applicable, during the refunding process. Purchaser must pay all shipping costs to ship product(s) back to EfexTek Audio and Light. Purchaser may use UPS, FedEX, or USPS. It is the purchaser's responsiblity to provide insurance or choose the safest form of travel if necessary. Refunds not accepted on custom products of any kind (does not include custom colors).

EfexTek Audio and Light Three (3) Month Limited Warranty

All items purchased after January 1st, 2008 will be covered under Efextek's *NEW* Limited Warranty. Please read carefully.

EfexTek Audio and Light will repair applicable and eligible product(s) or items purchased from this website for up to three (3) months from the purchase date. Must be original buyer/purchaser as on original invoice. This limited warranty does not transfer. Defective product(s) must be shipped back to EfexTek Audio and Light and purchaser must pay all forward shipping costs. Before shipping product(s) to EfexTek Audio and Light, please use the contact form in the Customer Service webpage and provide the following information: 1) name, 2) product, and 3) problem and/or description of the problem. If the problem description qualifies an item or product(s), EfexTek will repair the product(s) free of charge to a working, like-new condition. EfexTek Audio and Light will immediately disqualify, based on written descrption of the problem, any applicable and eligible product(s) due to misuse, neglect, improper use, improper connection, inadequate electrical protection (i.e., power surges, lightning damage, spikes, static discharge, etc.), exposure to elements (moisture, excessive heat, direct sunlight, etc.). Normal wear-and-tear is not covered under this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, loose audio/power/component connectors/jacks, frayed wires, worn knobs, or worn decals and/or paint. EfexTek Audio and Light will use its discretion to determine if a problem and/or defective product(s) will be covered under this warranty. Return shipping of product(s) back to customer will be free of charge.
